Head of Marketing

Job description

We are searching for a dynamic and explosive Head of Marketing. You will build our marketing department from the scratch and bring Football Empire to the global market with them.

  • Accountable for all content and product marketing initiatives to drive app downloads, content engagement and brand awareness
  • Develop and implement the marketing and UA strategy.
  • Develop product positioning statements and game brand identity, oversee production of ad creatives that are consistent across channels and resonate with players
  • Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends in player requests & product performance then escalate issues to game teams in real time to utilize the true value of customer feedback.
  • Identify and engage advocates (successful bloggers, highly engaged players, etc.) to extend and increase brand awareness.
  • Define new engagement-based KPI’s to help retain and grow our player base
  • Continuously optimize timing, frequency, cadence and type of communication at the individual customer level to deliver strong channel performance and robust business results.
  • Explore different acquisition channels, performance marketing, influencer marketing, social media channels, football clubs and TV.
  • Stay well ahead of digital and consumer trends and contribute new innovative, breakthrough ideas towards the growth of the company.

  • 5+ years experience in marketing within the games industry
  • 3+ years leadership experience, to lead inter-disciplinary teams
  • Equally comfortable at big picture thinking and hands-on execution. Experience and interest in driving both strategic planning as well as operations
  • Strong multi-channel, digital marketing experience launching original content
  • Experience in managing Social channels with over 1 million followers
  • Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights about the customer, the channel and the business
  • Effective time and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar and tone
